The Library is located on Stratford. From I-10 E take the Highlands-San Jacinto State Park exit. Turn left onto the overpass; continuing into Highlands. Turn left onto Wallisville Rd, which is the first light after the first set of railroad tracks. Turn right onto Maple. Turn left onto Stratford. The library is on the left before you reach the park.
