Spin, Pop, BOOM!! Watch as the scientist from Mad Science creates a special bungee jump and explains the science behind it. The Genie in a Bottle and foam factory are must sees! There is a cool spinning platform along with musical reactions created in a tube! 
Summer is here and with it also the start of HCPL's Summer Reading Program. The program runs from Monday, June 3 through Saturday, August 10. The program is open to readers and listeners of all ages.
Join us on Monday, May 20, 2013 @ 1:30 pm in celebrating Asian Pacific American Heritage Month and paint a cherry blossom tree on a canvas using paint and soda bottles. All materials will be provided by the Friends of the South Houston Library.
